Triodos

This artwork visualizes the biobased chain from growing, to building to actually having a biobased house. Credits to artist Maus Baus for translating a quite complex story to a clear and fun looking visual!

Biobased construction is healthier, more comfortable and more climate and environmentally friendly. When building an average home, a lot of CO2 is still released due to the materials that are used. For example, cement production accounts for 8% of global CO2 emissions. Biobased materials absorb CO2 and then store it in the form of carbon.
